What do I need to make a claim?
To make it easier, below is a checklist of information required, should you need to discuss a new or existing claim:
- Policy number
- Council's name
- Policyholders contact name and number
- Incident date
- Full details of what happened
- Claimant's name and contact details
- Copies of any correspondence
